Abstract
The pre-treatment process of copper anode mud includes key steps such as crushing,grinding,blending,and sorting.Traditional sample preparation methods generally have issues like low precision in particle size control,poor segregation suppression,and low sample preparation efficiency.This paper proposes optimization schemes targeted at the characteristics of precious metal segregation in anode mud,including mechanical stirring enhancement,stepwise grinding and classification,and the addition of dispersants.However,there are still shortcomings in terms of adaptability of segregation control for complex-component anode mud,and the correlation between sample preparation parameters and detection accuracy.A systematic study on the pre-treatment sample preparation techniques for precious metals in copper anode mud is conducted to analyze the formation mechanism of precious metal segregation,propose target segregation control strategies,and validate the optimization process through experiments,providing technical support for improving the detection accuracy of precious metals in copper anode mud.关键词
