Abstract
The composition of wastewater from non-ferrous polymetallic ore beneficiation is complex,containing pollutants such as heavy metal ions,flotation agents,and suspended solids.Direct discharge can seriously harm the ecological environment.In order to achieve efficient recovery and recycling of wastewater,this study focuses on the deep treatment of a typical polymetallic ore beneficiation wastewater based on new water scheme,tailings pond overflow water full return scheme,and wastewater system reuse scheme,and explores its removal effect on heavy metals and organic pollutants.The results show that all three schemes can achieve relatively good mineral processing indicators,but the tailings pond overflow water return scheme has more advantages in simplifying the production process,reducing operating costs,and reducing new water consumption.The average annual water-saving scale reaches 22000 tons,which can save 11000 yuan in water fees for the mineral processing plant every year.关键词
