Abstract
Traditional acid loading operations rely on manual operation,with cumbersome processes,resulting in slow acid loading speed and affecting overall production efficiency.To solve this problem,the article analyzes the process flow of acid loading operations in copper smelters and designs a one-stop intelligent acid loading platform.It connects the customer supply chain system,filling area management system,and sulfuric acid filling system,and constructs a four layer architecture system including perception layer,network layer,platform layer,and application layer.The focus is on developing four functional modules:vehicle recognition,crane tube alignment,acid loading control,and safety monitoring.Build a testing environment to verify the effectiveness of the platform's automated control of the entire process of acid loading operations,improve acid loading efficiency,and comprehensively build a safe,green,efficient,and stable"smart acid loading"new model.关键词
