摘要

Abstract

Digital twin technology,as a key technology for achieving intelligent upgrading in industrial manufacturing,has shown strong application value in the process of modernization industry and field transformation.Metallurgical electrical automation is the main solution to the problems of low product quality,high production cost investment,and difficult equipment maintenance in the traditional production mode of the metallurgical industry.It is the modernization process of the metallurgical industry.Applying digital twin technology to metallurgical electrical automation can achieve real-time monitoring and precise simulation of the entire metallurgical production process,accurately predict equipment failures and process defects,while reducing energy consumption and enabling enterprises to have strong market competitive advantages.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the application of digital twin technology in metallurgical electrical automation can provide guidance for technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the metallurgical industry,while helping the metallurgical industry achieve efficient resource utilization and sustainable environmental development.
