饲粮营养水平对武定去势公鸡生长性能及经济效益的影响
Effects of dietary nutrient levels on growth performance and economic benefits of castrated Wuding roosters

Abstract
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary nutrient levels on the growth performance and economic benefits of castrated Wuding roosters aged 71 to 126 days.A total of 162 healthy 71-day-old Wuding roosters with an average body weight of(932.26±1.67)g were randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates per group and 18 roosters per replicate.The crude protein level of each group's feed was set at 16.00%,and three levels of metabolizable energy were achieved by adjusting the energy setting:12.48 MJ/kg for Trial Group 1,12.89 MJ/kg for Trial Group 2,and 13.31 MJ/kg for Trial Group 3.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 49 days.The results showed that the final body weight,average daily gain,and average daily feed intake of Trial Group 3 were significantly lower than those of Trial Groups 1 and 2(P<0.05),while no significant differences were observed between Trial Groups 1 and 2(P>0.05).No significant differences were found in the feed-to-gain ratio among the groups(P>0.05).Regarding apparent metabolic rate of nutrients,the apparent metabolic rates of crude fat and calcium in Trial Group 3 were significantly higher than those in Trial Groups 1 and 2(P<0.05),while the apparent metabolic rate of crude ash in Trial Groups 2 and 3 was significantly lower than that in Trial Group 1(P<0.05).The gross profit from weight gain was highest in Trial Group 2,reaching 34.24 yuan per chicken,which was 6.73%higher than that in Trial Group 3.Its feed cost return rate and input-output ratio were also optimal.The study shows that dietary crude protein level of 16.00%and metabolizable energy level of 12.89 MJ/kg can improve the growth performance of castrated Wuding roosters,reduce farming costs,and enhance economic benefits.关键词
