不同性别乌金猪的生长性能、养分表观消化率与粪便微生物的研究
Study on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and fecal microorganisms in Wujin pigs of different sexes

Abstract
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of sex on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and fecal microbiota in Wujin pigs.A total of 20 healthy Wujin pigs(half male and half female)with an initial body weight of(23.20±4.16)kg were selected and divided into the female group(group FM)and the male group(group M),with 10 replicates per group and one pig per replicate.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 28 days.The results showed that the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)in group M was significantly higher than in group FM(P<0.05).Sex had no significant effect on the nutrient apparent digestibility and the α diversity of the fecal microbiota of Wujin pigs(P>0.05).The relative abundance of Alloprevotella in group M was significantly higher than in group FM(P<0.05).The study shows that under identical rearing conditions,sex primarily influences the feed utilization efficiency and the relative abundance of Alloprevotella in the feces of Wujin pigs,while it has no significant effect on nutrient apparent digestibility and the diversity of the fecal microbiota.关键词
