数字素养对农村劳动力就业质量的影响研究
Research on the impact of digital literacy on the employment quality of rural labor force

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the digital economy and the deep implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,China's rural labor force has achieved large-scale non-agricultural employment;however,the issue of low employment quality remains prominent.This paper aims to explore the impact mechanism of digital literacy on the employment quality of rural labor force,with the ultimate goal of providing theoretical insights and practical pathways for promoting high-quality and sufficient employment and advancing rural revitalization.Based on the data from China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)spanning 2016 to 2022,this paper measured digital literacy in terms of digital capability and digital awareness,measured employment quality in three dimensions of labor remuneration,labor protection and employment environment,and used a two-way fixed effect model for empirical analysis to explore the impact of digital literacy on the employment quality of rural labor force and its mechanism.The results indicated that:(1)The baseline regression results showed that the promoting effect of digital literacy on the employment quality of rural labor force was positive and significant,with an estimated coefficient of 0.018.This conclusion remained robust after a series of robustness and endogeneity tests.(2)In terms of the influencing mechanism,digital literacy indirectly enhanced employment quality through three channels:expanding social networks,improving cognitive abilities and broadening access to information.Furthermore,the degree of job-person matching played a positive moderating role in this process.(3)The heterogeneity analysis revealed that the positive impact of digital literacy on employment quality was more significant among people aged 18-45,with at least a junior high school education,in regions with high internet penetration rates and married groups,while the effect was relatively weaker among those aged 46-60,with primary education and below,in regions with low internet penetration rates and unmarried groups.Based on the research findings and discussion,the following policy implications were proposed:The government should strengthen rural infrastructure development and improve employment information services,rural laborers should actively expand their social networks and enhance their cognitive capabilities,and enterprises should establish tiered and differentiated digital literacy training systems and improve the employment quality of rural labor force.关键词
