通督益髓汤配合脊柱整体手法治疗颈性眩晕气血亏虚型临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongdu Yisui Decoction combined with holistic spinal manipulation in treating cervical vertigo of the qi-blood deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Tongdu Yisui Decoction combined with holistic spinal manipulation,while the control group was treated with flunarizine combined with holistic spinal manipulation.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the total score and individual indicators of the Vertigo Symptom and Function Assessment Scale in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the VAS scores for pain during head and neck movement and resting pain were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tongdu Yisui Decoction combined with holistic spinal manipulation could alleviate symptoms and improve the quality of life in patients with cervical vertigo of the qi-blood deficiency type.关键词
