摘要

Abstract

Elastic modulus is a key parameter that characterizes the mechanical properties of concrete with important guiding significance for the design and safety assessment of engineering structures.Therefore,a systematic review was conducted on the research progress of traditional static load methods and new non-destructive testing techniques in the elastic modulus test of concrete.Although the traditional static loading method has high accuracy,it has limi-tations such as destructiveness,insufficient timeliness,and size effects;The ultrasonic method,fiber Bragg grating sensing method,capillary stress method,and digital image correlation technology(DIC)effectively compensate for the shortcomings of traditional static loading methods because of their advantages of high efficiency,in-situ mea-surement or non-contact.Among them,the ultrasonic method requires the coupling agents to achieve sound wave transmission and belongs to contact detection technology with ability to quickly detect on site;Fiber Bragg Grating sensing method supports long-term continuous monitoring;The capillary stress method is applicable to testing early aged concrete;DIC technology can achieve full field non-contact strain measurement.However,these methods still face various challenges in terms of testing accuracy,applicability of complex scenarios and cost control.Therefore,in order to break through the existing technological bottlenecks,the application prospects of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in multimodal data fusion,digital twin model construction,and intelligent hardware integration were fur-ther explored,and the future development direction of"intelligent perception-model driven-digital twin"was proposed.Through interdisciplinary integration,the testing technology for concrete elastic modulus will gradually shift from"passive detection"to"active perception",providing intelligent technical support for the performance regulation of infrastructure throughout its lifecycle.
