摘要

Abstract

During the construction process of bored pile,a large amount of waste mud will be generated,and tradi-tional treatment methods such as flocculation dewatering and mechanical dewatering have problems of high cost,high energy consumption,and secondary pollution risk.In order to promote the low-cost and resourceful disposal of waste mud,the untreated original waste mud was used as the raw material,ordinary Portland cement and alkali-ac-tivated cementitious material were used as the cementitious system respectively,and the influence of mud content(namely the content of waste mud particles)on the mechanical properties,working properties,drying shrinkage properties and water absorption properties of foam concrete was systematically studied.The results show that the strength of cement-based foam concrete develops continuously and stably,the strength increases significantly in the later period.At the same time,the drying shrinkage value is low with excellent volume stability;Alkali-activated base foam concrete shows excellent early strength and curing efficiency,especially under the condition of high slurry content of 60%~80%.Both its mechanical properties and flow properties are better than that of cement-based foam concrete.But its drying shrinkage values and water absorption are relatively higher.This research result can provide important theoretical basis for the in-situ resource utilization of waste mud,and provide a reference technical path for engineering.
