中医三联法治疗排卵障碍型不孕症肾阳虚疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of the TCM triple therapy method in treating anovulatory infertility of the kidney-yang deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into a Western medicine group and a TCM group,with 30 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with letrozole combined with chorionic gonadotropin for ovulation induction,while the TCM group was treated with oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine,acupuncture for ovulation induction,and five-tone therapy.Results:After treatment,the follicle diameter on HCG day and endometrial thickness in the TCM group were greater than those in the Western medicine group(P＜0.05),and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the TCM group were higher than those in the Western medicine group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The TCM triple therapy method has a good therapeutic effect on anovulatory infertility of the kidney-yang deficiency type.关键词
