Optimization and Application of Directional Drilling Crossing Engineering Technology in Silt Flowing Sand Stratum

Abstract
The silt-sand stratum has the characteristics of high water content and low bearing capacity,which caus-es engineering accidents such as hole wall collapse and trajectory deviation during directional drilling of large-di-ameter pipelines.In addition,the traditional construction method has the problems of low construction efficiency and large environmental disturbance.Therefore,based on the water supply pipeline project of Wushenggong Town,Nanxian County,Yiyang City,Hunan Province,a directional drilling crossing technology suitable for complex strata was developed.Through the analysis of geomechanical characteristics and the coupling simulation of construction parameters,a three-in-one technical scheme of"formation pretreatment-dynamic regulation-intelligent monitoring'was proposed,that is,24%sodium bentonite+0.2%rheological modifier were innovatively used to prepare anti-permieability cementitious mud with viscosity of(68±5)s;The radius of curvature of the trajectory was optimized;The"five-stage reaming+bucket cleaning"process(sediment thickness<5 cm)was developed,and the wireless guid-ance and laser gyro monitoring systemwere integrated(axis deviation ≤ 0.3 m).The engineering practice shows that the technology realizes the safe back-dragging of the pipeline within 10 days,reduces the earthwork excavation by 82%than the open excavation method,reduces the risk of hole wall collapse by 62%.The maximum settlement value of the monitoring point of S217 provincial road is only 7.9 mm,and the first time qualified rate of pressure test is 100%.The innovation is the deep integration of geological adaptation design and intelligent monitoring technology,forming a replicable directional drilling technology paradigm for complex strata,which provides a systematic solution for similar projects.关键词
