Abstract
The disturbance mechanism of multi-pipe parallel jacking in sandy strata is complex and lacks of the tar-geted control measures,which has become a difficult problem in the field of jacking engineering.Therefore,based on the four-pipe parallel jacking project of the main drainage channel crossing the G310 road in Weinan City,Shaanxi Province,a combination of on-site monitoring,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation with the finite element analysis software of MIDAS GTS NX was adopted to systematically study the influence of jacking se-quence,pipe net spacing,excavation face pressure and grouting pressure on the multi-dimensional deformation of the ground surface,and verify the control effect of high-pressure rotary jet grouting reinforcement.The research re-sults show that considering the control of multi-dimensional ground surface deformation,the jacking sequence of Scheme 3 has the best settlement control effect,with the minimum ground surface settlement of-7.50 mm and a re-duction of 9.6%;Under the permitted engineering conditions,a pipe spacing greater than 1.0 times should be se-lected to reduce the disturbance effect;The optimal range of excavation face pressure is 0.2~0.5 MPa,and the grouting pressure should be controlled within 0.01~0.06 MPa.In terms of control measures for sandy soil settle-ment,the high-pressure rotary jet grouting reinforcement can reduce the maximum settlement value by 35.4%;In terms of the deviation between numerical simulation and on-site measurement,the deviation rate is ≤4%with good model reliability.The research results can provide theoretical reference for the optimization of construction parame-ters and deformation control in similar projects.关键词
