Evaluation and Classification of Public Space in Xi'an's Old Residential Areas from the Perspective of Justice Theory
摘要
Abstract
This study,guided by justice theory,classifies old residential areas in Xi'an through an integrated objective and subjective evaluation of the public space environment.First,key indicators are extracted from regulations,standards,and field surveys to construct an objective evaluation system.A corresponding subjective evaluation system is then developed based on the principles of correspondence,supplementation,and validation,incorporating IPA analysis to capture residents'preferences.Subsequently,clustering analysis is conducted based on the objective evaluation results to categorise residential areas,and IPA data is used to validate the classification outcomes.Ultimately,this classification aims to optimise resource allocation and enhance the precision and equity of urban renewal strategies.关键词
