摘要
Abstract
To study the impact characteristics of water supply steel pipe jacking construction on the existing under-ground power utility tunnel project,a 3D geological-structural numerical model was established based on a munici-pal pipe jacking project in Xi'an.Under various working conditions, the influence of pipe jacking construction on the deformation and surface settlement of the existing power pipe gallery were analyzed. The research results indicate that the pipe jacking construction has little impact on the deformation and internal forces of the existing power utility tunnel is limited and both of them meet the requirements of relevant specifications;Surface subsidence is highly sensitive to changes in the thickness of equivalent layers. In areas sensitive to surface subsidence,it is necessary to strictly control relevant construction parameters to ensure construction safety and quality; The crossing angle has a significant impact on the final uplift value of the power pipe gallery. In the process of upper crossing construction,in order to effectively control the uplift of the lower structure, the method of crossing at a large angle should be adopted as much as possible; The impact of stiffness reduction coefficient on surface settlement and power pipe gallery de-formation is relatively smaller. Therefore,it is recommended to take a value of 0.4~0.6 in the actual simulation process. This research result can provide some reference for the design and construction of the existing structures with the same type of pipe jacking.关键词
