New Rurality Construction and Spatial Governance:Value Orientation and Action Framework to Build a Livable,Workable and Beautiful Countryside

Abstract
The construction of livable,workable and beautiful countryside is the latest achievement of the sinicization and modernization of Marxist rural modernization theory,which is oriented to"future countryside",and should be promoted by the logic of rural governance modernization.Vil-lage Y,a model village for harmony and beauty in Yunnan Province,has demonstrated a practical approach to shape the rurality and revitalizing rural values through the modernization of spatial gov-ernance that integrates"material landscape space-social relationship space-cultural symbol space".The research finds that the goal-oriented construction of new rurality and the problem-oriented spa-tial governance are coupled and connected in the rural regional system,which can provide value guidance and an action framework for the construction of harmonious and beautiful countryside.Through the combination of production space,living space and ecological space,the harmony of spatial social relations,ownership relations and organizational relations,and the activation of mate-rial culture,behavior culture and institutional culture,the non-productive value of the countryside has been revitalized.By identifying and highlighting the national security value and human civiliza-tion value of countryside,the modernization of comprehensive spatial governance has facilitated the reverse output of the new rurality to the urbanity,demonstrating the interdependence and irreplace-ability of city and countryside.关键词
