The Logic and Practice of China's Participation in Global Energy Composite Transition Under the Four Major Global Initiatives

Abstract
With the acceleration of climate change,the prominence of energy crises,and the intensification of geopolitical games among major powers,energy transformation is no longer a one-dimensional green transformation driven solely by low-carbon technological innovation.Instead,it requires a comprehensive transformation that takes into account the coordinated transformation of green and digitalization,the transformation of energy security and resilience,the social justice transformation,and the optimization of governance systems.Confronting the developmental challenges,security dilemmas,civilization puzzles,and governance difficulties in the global energy transition,the Four Major Global Initiatives embody the essential spirit of joint development,shared security,common progress of civilizations,and collaborative governance.They have pioneered a new pathway for energy transition cooperation,providing strategic guidance for shifting global energy transition from unilateral actions to multidimensional synergy and optimization.Currently,through its long-term energy governance practices,China has established its role as an advocate for inclusive energy development pathways,a builder of shared energy security,a practitioner of energy justice under a just transition,and a driving force for the innovation of the global energy governance system.Based on the logic of collaborative progress of the four initiatives,China should accelerate the promotion of global energy comprehensive transformation,jointly advance the coordinated development of energy greenification and digitalization,the transformation of energy security and resilience,the widespread practice of international energy justice,and the optimization and reform of energy governance systems,continuously injecting innovative practical impetus into the constructing of the community with a shared future for humanity.关键词
