中国绿色低碳新质生产力水平的测度及影响因素分析
Measurement and Influencing Factors Analysis of Green Low-carbon New Quality Productivity Level in China
摘要
Abstract
Green development is the background color of high-quality development,and new quality productivity itself is green productivity.Based on the connotation of green low-carbon new quality productivity,this paper establishes an evaluation in-dex system for green low-carbon new quality productivity from three dimensions:green low-carbon technology innovation,green low-carbon factor innovation,and green low-carbon industrial innovation.The improved entropy method is used to measure the level of green low-carbon new quality productivity in 30 provinces of China from 2013 to 2024,and the influencing factors are an-alyzed.The results go as below:The level of China's green low-carbon new quality productivity has steadily improved,but overall it is still in the primary stage of development.The level of green low-carbon new quality productivity in each province shows spa-tial correlation and presents spatial agglomeration characteristics.The gap in green low-carbon new quality productivity level within regions has widened,and polarization has emerged.The overall disparity in green low-carbon new quality productivity level continues to widen,mainly due to regional differences.Digital inclusive finance,total population,factor marketization,industrial agglomeration,digital infrastructure,and government intervention are important factors affecting green low-carbon new quality productivity level.关键词
