经济竞争的隐性认知较量:美国对华"经济认知战"机制探析
The Implicit Cognitive Contest in Economic Competition:An Analysis of the Mechanisms of the U.S.Economic Cognitive Warfare Against China

Abstract
In the context of the profound evolution of digital technology and international landscape,the U.S.economic confrontation against China is evolving into a highly complex hybrid war.Its tactics have escalated from traditional overt measures such as tariff barriers and technology blockades to a multi-dimensional offensive centered on cognitive warfare,exhibiting a tri-dimensional game characterized by"technology-economy-cognition."Through manipulating public opinion,shaping discourse systems,and disseminating false information,the U.S.attempts to create systemic misunderstandings of China's economic development in the international community,weakening global market trust in the Chinese economy.This paper innovatively proposes a conceptual framework of"economic cognitive warfare"from the perspective of structural-functional theory and the information value chain theory,systematically revealing the operational mechanisms of the U.S.economic cognitive warfare against China.The study finds that cognitive warfare and economic warfare have a structural coupling relationship ranging from goal alignment to functional nesting.Through the coordinated operation of the four major functions of leading,assisting,disrupting,and defending in"economic cognitive warfare",the U.S.relies on technical means such as information weaponization,precise dissemination,and scaled-up influence to achieve multi-dimensional penetration and systematic cognitive impact on the Chinese economy.In response to this challenge,China should build a proactive response system from a strategic height.Through pathways such as strengthening factual narratives,deepening technological autonomy,and promoting global governance,China can systematically neutralize the U.S.cognitive offensive,so as to reshape its strategic initiative in the long-term cognitive game.关键词
