激光振镜焊接控制系统设计
Design of Laser Galvanometer Welding Control System
摘要
Abstract
To improve the flexibility and real-time performance of the laser galvanometer welding con-trol system,a dual-core hardware architecture control system based on STM32+FPGA is designed.It integrates four key modules(laser control,galvanometer control,human-machine interface,and data ac-quisition and processing)via a master-slave control scheme.Core algorithms are embedded into the soft-ware to enable offline operation.Through precise control of the digital galvanometer and seamless human-machine interaction,the system optimizes signal transmission and trajectory control performance.Ex-perimental verification demonstrates that the system effectively reduces communication latency and trajec-tory tracking errors,lowers hardware costs,enhances control real-time responsiveness and accuracy,and decreases application costs.It thus provides an efficient and reliable control solution for precision welding scenarios.关键词
