数字普惠金融如何改善进城务工人员就业质量
How digital inclusive finance improve the employment quality of migrant workers?

Abstract
In the process of promoting common prosperity and high-quality employment,digital inclusive finance,as a technology-driven financial innovation,provides a new pathway to enhance the employment quality of migrant workers.Based on the data from China Labor-force Dynamics Survey(CLDS)in 2014,2016,and 2018,and combined with Digital Inclusive Finance In-dex of China,the research constructs a two-way fixed effects model to systematically evaluate the impact of digital inclusive fi-nance on migrant workers'employment quality.It further explores the underlying mechanisms through mediation analysis and het-erogeneity analysis.The results show that digital inclusive finance significantly improves employment quality,particularly in terms of income levels and social security.The effect is most pronounced among workers with medium employment quality,while the impact on low-quality groups is limited.Mechanistically,the positive effect operates primarily through promoting hu-man capital accumulation and reducing involuntary entrepreneurship.These findings provide empirical support for improving em-ployment quality among migrant workers and offer policy-relevant implications for optimizing digital financial strategies.关键词
