Abstract
Talent is the primary resource.A sound talent development and evaluation system plays a crucial role in enterprise operation.Taking Xinjiang Bayi Iron&Steel Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper analyzes the alignment and adaptability of the company's talent evaluation system and incentive mechanism with its organizational strategic development during operation.Through institutional reforms including comprehensive re-election,competitive appointment,performance-based compensa-tion,career development,and positive/negative list management,the company has further improved the construction of its talent evaluation system,employees and reserve talents,given full play to the guiding role of talent evaluation and incentive mechanisms,and promoted the in-depth integration of talent team construction with corporate strategic objectives,so as to provide strong talent support for the high-quali-ty development of the enterprise.关键词
