"扶正调气"理论指导下运用香砂六君子汤治疗肺癌

摘要
Abstract
The theoretical connotation of"Fuzheng Tiaoqi"includes regulating and tonifying the qi of lung,spleen and kidney,regulating the ascending and descending of spleen and stomach,and cooperating with soothing liver and tranquilizing mind to smooth emotions,so as to achieve the purpose of supporting healthy qi and regulating qi,thus promoting the recovery of qi and blood,and the dissipation of pathological products such as phlegm,blood stasis and toxin.The incidence and mortality of lung cancer ranks first in China's malignant tumors,and has been showing an increasing trend.Deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer,and the imbalance of qi movement is the key factor in the occurrence and development of lung cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer can be through the'rightingqi'method,rightingqi,conditioning lifting."Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction"is a commonly used prescription in clinical practice.It reconciles the spleen and stomach,regulates qi and resolves phlegm,so as to achieve the combination of reinforcing and reducing,the effect of ascending and descending,and the idea of"strengthening the body and regulating qi".In clinical practice,based on the theory of"Fuzheng Tiaoqi",Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction is used to treat lung cancer,and the results are often satisfactory.关键词
