开窍醒神补虚通络针刺联合穴位按摩治疗亚急性期脑梗死偏瘫临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture for resuscitating consciousness,tonifying deficiency,and unblocking collaterals combined with acupoint massage in treating hemiplegia due to subacute cerebral infarction.Methods:Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups received conventional western medical treatment and rehabilitation training.The control group(34 cases)received acupoint massage,while the study group(34 cases)received acupuncture combined with acupoint massage.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the study group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After one month of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores for deviated mouth,dysphagia,language disorder,and limb hemiplegia were lower in the study group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The study group also showed higher scores in limb function,quality of life,and balance function,along with lower levels of NSE and MASP-3 compared to the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with acupoint massage for hemiplegia due to subacute cerebral infarction could promote the recovery of limb function,improve balance,reduce serum indicators,and facilitate overall recovery.关键词
