眼周四穴揿针法为主治疗顽固性面瘫后遗眼睑闭合不全临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of the periocular four-acupoint press-needle method as the main treatment for incomplete eyelid closure after intractable facial paralysis.Methods:Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into a conventional group and a press-needle group.Both groups received conventional acupuncture treatment at standard acupoints,and the press-needle group received additional treatment with the periocular four-acupoint press-needle method.The treatment course lasted 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the press-needle group than in the conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the palpebral fissure difference between the affected and healthy sides,FDIS score,and H-B grade decreased in both groups compared to before treatment(P＜0.05),and these values were significantly lower in the press-needle group than in the conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the FDIP score and the orbicularis oculi muscle strength grade on the affected side increased in both groups compared to before treatment(P＜0.05),and the FDIP score was higher in the press-needle group than in the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The periocular four-acupoint press-needle method as the main treatment shows good efficacy for incomplete eyelid closure after intractable facial paralysis.关键词
