正骨十四法复位小夹板固定配合活血生骨汤治疗桡骨远端骨折临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of the Fourteen-Step Bone-Setting Manipulation for reduction combined with small splint fixation and Huoxue Shenggu Decoction in treating distal radius fractures.Methods:Eighty-seven patients were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups received treatment with the Fourteen-Step Bone-Setting Manipulation for reduction and small splint fixation.The observation group additionally received Huoxue Shenggu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores for primary and secondary TCM symptoms were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum sCTx levels were lower,while tPINP levels were higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of the Fourteen-Step Bone-Setting Manipulation for reduction,small splint fixation,and Huoxue Shenggu Decoction is effective and safe in treating distal radius fractures.关键词
