列车运行及盾构下穿掘进对高铁桥墩动力响应数值模拟分析
Numerical Simulation Analysis of Dynamic Responses of Bridge Piers and Shield Machines under High-Speed Railway Trains and Shield Tunneling Passing Through

Abstract
To verify the new safety challenges caused by the superposition effect of the vibration generated by high-speed train operation and the vibration during shield tunneling construction,taking the project of the Nanjing Metro Line 6 passing under the Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity High-Speed Railway as an example,a numerical model of the dynamic load of the train was established by simulating the train running load with a bidirectional moving line load.The dynamic responses of the bridge piers and the shield machine under the train dynamic load during the entire process of shield tunneling construction were simulated.The sensitivity analysis was conducted by changing the train speed.The results show that the vibration responses of the high-speed railway bridge piers and the shield machine are jointly controlled by the clear distance between the tunnel and the bridge piers and the train speed.When the clear distance decreases,the vibration responses significantly increase,and when the clear distance increases,the responses decay.When the shield tunneling construction is close to the bridge,the vibration velocity and acceleration of the bridge piers increase nonlinearly with the increase of the train speed,while the vibration velocity of the shield machine increases in a decaying manner with the increase of the train speed during the stage when the train enters the bridge deck.When the shield machine passes directly under the bridge piers and the train passing speed is over 250 km/h,the vibration velocity of the bridge piers increases by more than twice compared with the condition without shield construction,which approaches the safety limit.Meanwhile,the vibration velocity of the shield machine exceeds the safety limit when the train enters the bridge deck.Therefore,during the critical construction period of the shield passing under the bridge,the train speed should be dynamically controlled according to the construction position.It is recommended that the operating speed of the high-speed railway should not exceed 160 km/h during the shield tunneling construction period.Under this condition,all indicators meet the control requirements and the safety risks can be avoided.关键词
