Understanding Party Building in Emerging Fields:Governance Attributes and Reform Logic

Abstract
Party building in emerging fields is closely related to the Party's governance foundation and the effectiveness of national governance.New economic organizations,new social organiza-tions,and new employment groups are characterized by decentralization and high mobility.Party building in emerging fields,based on political development,demonstrates its leadership significance through spatial expansion and social reshaping.Its logic lies not only in improving organizational systems but also in emphasizing the activation of grassroots governance through open systems and service practices.Popularity serves as the value foundation,nationality as the institutional frame-work,sociality as the functional basis,and innovation as the driving force for development;togeth-er,they constitute the multidimensional attributes of Party building,promoting a shift from"tan-gible coverage"to"effective coverage".Attribute coupling is the fundamental logic for promoting efficiency transformation,manifested through coupling mechanisms such as"trust construction and consensus consolidation","institutional absorption and momentum aggregation","technological empowerment and organizational innovation,"and"Party building hubs and multi-entity collabora-tion".The effectiveness of Party building in emerging fields depends on its ability to precisely grasp the"newness"of business models and establish an agile response mechanism to social demands.关键词
