高韧超薄沥青磨耗层降噪性能研究及工程应用
Study on Noise Reduction Performance and Engineering Application of High-toughness Ultra-thin Asphalt Wearing Course

Abstract
In response to the increasingly serious problem of urban road noise pollution,a systematic study has been carried out on the material design,performance verification,and noise reduction engineering application of high-toughness ultra-thin wear layers.Guangming Bridge project in Beijing was taken as an example to solve the collabo-rative governance problem of urban bridge road traffic noise pollution.The cavity void filling method(CAVF)was used for gradation design.A high-toughness ultra-thin wear layer with excellent mechanical properties and noise reduction characteristics has been successfully developed through high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt technology.The research results indicate that all the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,and water damage resistance of the high-toughness ultra-thin wear layer are superior to that of traditional ultra-thin wear layers,especially suitable for the service needs under extreme climate conditions in Beijing.Meanwhile,it can significantly reduce bridge deck noise in the frequency range of 12.5 Hz to 20 000 Hz,with the average maximum sound level of category Ⅰ vehicles reduction of 8.3 dB.Further analysis shows that it has the best noise reduction effect on vehicles traveling at speeds between 40~60 km/h,which is more in line with the urban noise control needs of medium speed road sections such as Guangming Bridge in Beijing.This research achievement provides a reliable technical solution for implementing"silent"maintenance in urban environmentally sensitive areas with important en-gineering application value and promotion prospects.关键词
