Application Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Apparatus Combined with Piracetam-Assisted Intravenous Thrombolysis in Patients with Acute Ischemic Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of hyperbaric oxygen therapy apparatus combined with piracetam-assisted intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The clinical data of 88 ACI patients from July 2023 to June 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into the study group and the control group based on the treatment methods.The control group was treated with piracetam combined with intravenous thrombolysis,while the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy apparatus on the basis of the control group.The neurological function,prognosis,cerebral blood perfusion status,serum indicators,and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score and mRS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CBF and CBV of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while the MTT and Tmax were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hcy,CRP and D-D levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,while the Ang-1 level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen therapy apparatus combined with piracetam-assisted intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of ACI can effectively improve patients'neurological function and prognostic outcomes,achieving favorable treatment efficacy.The underlying mechanism may be associated with the improvement of cerebral blood perfusion and the regulation of the expressions of Hcy,D-D,CRP and Ang-1.关键词
