多层螺旋CT联合3D打印辅助人工髋关节置换术在老年髋部骨折中的应用价值
Application Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT Combined with 3D Printing-As-sisted Total Hip Arthroplasty for Senile Hip Fractures

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT combined with 3D printing-assisted total hip arthroplasty for senile hip fractures.Methods A total of 110 patients with hip fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the study group according to the treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgical treatment,while the study group underwent multi-slice spiral CT combined with 3D printing-assisted total hip arthroplasty.The perioperative indicators,reduction effect,hip joint function,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time,postoperative ambulation time,and postoperative first weight-bearing time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The surgical reduction effect of the study group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the scores of all dimensions of Harris scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT combined with 3D printing-assisted total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of senile patients with hip fractures can shorten the operation time,reduce surgical trauma,improve the reduction effect,and facilitate the recovery of the patients'joint function after surgery,with higher safety.关键词
