乌桕枝的化学成分研究
Chemical constituents from branches of Sapium sebiferum
摘要
Abstract
Ten compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of branches of Sapium sebiferum(L.)Roxb.by various chromatographic isolated methods,including silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography,preparative TLC and semi-preparative HPLC.The structures of the ten compounds were analysed and identified respectively as sebiferumnin M(1),(-)-(7R,7ʹR,8S,8ʹS)-3,4,4ʹ-trihydroxy-3ʹ,5ʹ-dimethoxy-7,9ʹ:7ʹ,9-diepoxylignane(2),syringarenol(3),lirioresinol-A(4),vladinol F(5),phorbol-13-actate(6),prostratin(7),Ent-3β,l6α,17-trihydroxyatisan-14-one(8),8-hydroxy-5,6,7-trimehoxy-2H-1-benzopyran(9),6-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one(10)by NMR and MS spectroscopic data.Compound 1 was firstly isolated from natural plants and its relative configuration was determined by ROSEY spectra,and compounds 3-8 were isolated from Sapium genus for the first time.关键词
