微型微波-QuEChERS微萃平台及中药挥发油研究应用
Miniature microwave-assisted QuEChERS microextraction platform and its application to the study of volatile oils in traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract
To address the challenges associated with complexity,inefficiency,time consumption,high solvent usage,and low sensitivity in the hydrodistillation method for analyzing volatile oil in traditional Chinese medicine,a novel miniature sample pretreatment platform was developed in the laboratory.This study describes the integration of a microcavity microwave reactor and QuEChERS microcolumn to create a new micro-sample pretreatment platform.By incorporating GC-MS analysis,a comprehensive platform for analyzing volatile oil in traditional Chinese medicine was established,featuring an integrated chromatographic column.Analysis of Xihuang pills revealed 46 volatile components,including 19 volatile terpenoids.This innovative platform not only reduced column pretreatment time and minimized loss of volatile components,but also decreased sample and solvent usage,enhanced processing efficiency,and improved sensitivity in detecting terpenoids with high biological activities.These findings hold significant value for advancing research on volatile oils in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
