Influence of Standardized Rehabilitation Training on Cognitive Impairment in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To explore the improvement effect and clinical value of standardized rehabilitation training on cognitive impairment in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 82 patients with ischemic stroke accompanied by cognitive impairment who were admitted to the Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional neurology treatment and nursing,while the observation group carried out standardized rehabilitation training on this basis.Before and after the intervention,the cognitive functions of the two groups of patients were evaluated by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale for Stroke(MoCA)and the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE).Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in MoCA and MMSE scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After the intervention,the MoCA and MMSE scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized rehabilitation training in patients with ischemic stroke accompanied by cognitive impairment can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients and has clinical promotion value.关键词
