摘要
Abstract
This paper takes Siyang County in Jiangsu Province as the research object,systematically analyzes the construction requirements,principles and basis of standards system for the county-level Party branches,and combines local grassroots Party building practices to construct a two-level complete standards system framework covering three dimensions.By clarifying the core contents and implementation paths of each sub-system,this framework provides a replicable and scalable practical model for the standardization construction of county-level Party branches in China,and offers theoretical support and technical guidance for improving the quality of grassroots Party building and promoting the high-quality development of the county-level economy and society.关键词
