Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the application value of standardized nutrition nursing intervention program in the primary prevention of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 108 patients diagnosed with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in the Cardiovascular Center of the Baiyin Third People's Hospital,Gansu Province from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 54 cases in each group.The experimental group received standardized nutrition nursing intervention program,while the control group only received conventional nutrition nursing.The changes of blood lipid,blood pressure,body weight and waist circumference were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,in terms of blood lipid control,the experimental group was better than the control group in reducing total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol and increasing high density lipoprotein cholesterol,P<0.001;The blood pressure control effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05;The effect of weight and waist circumference control in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nutrition nursing intervention can effectively improve blood lipid metabolism,blood pressure level and body composition index of patients with coronary heart disease,and has clinical popularization value.关键词
