Influence of Continuous Quality Improvement on the Quality of Standardized Nursing Teaching in Critical Care

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of continuous quality improvement on the quality of standardized nursing teaching in critical care.Methods:A total of 60 nursing interns from the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the reference group and the research group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group implemented standardized nursing teaching in critical care.The research group implemented continuous quality improvement on the basis of adopting standardized nursing teaching methods in critical care.The evaluation results,independent learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the reference group,the study group had higher evaluation performance,independent learning ability and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement has a positive impact on the quality of standardized nursing teaching in critical care,and can improve the self-learning ability of interns.The teaching method of continuous quality improvement is recognized by interns,which is worth learning.关键词
