Discussions on Trends of the Development of International Standards and Legislation for Global Navigation Satellite Systems
摘要
Abstract
Global satellite navigation systems have become deeply integrated into various fields including economic development,cultural exchange,and national security,serving as a successful model of modern high-tech applications in civilian fields.This paper analyzes the existing laws and regulations of international organizations and major countries,compares the standardization practices across different satellite navigation systems,and explores the pivotal role of international standards in technical coordination and global application.It identifies gaps in current legislation and future trends,to contribute to the establishment of a more open,equitable,and efficient international standards system for global satellite navigation.关键词
