摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing value of introducing standardized diet guidance for patients with hyperthyroidism diabetes.Methods:A total of 100 hyperthyroidism diabetes patients treated in the Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into reference group and analysis group by red and blue envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing,and the analysis group implemented standardized dietary guidance.The intervention effect was compared.Results:The changes of blood glucose and thyroid indexes in the analysis group were better than those in the reference group,P<0.05.The complication rate of the analysis group was lower than that of the reference group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction level of the analysis group was better than that of the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The introduction of standardized dietary guidance in hyperthyroidism diabetes patients can effectively improve the changes of hormone and blood sugar indexes,reduce the incidence of complications,and significantly increase nursing satisfaction,which has high application value and is worth popularizing.
