标准化康复护理联合低温冲击镇痛仪在膝髋关节置换术后的应用
Application of Standardized Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Hypothermic Shock Analgesia Device after Knee and Hip Arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with hypothermic shock analgesia device after knee and hip arthroplasty.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent knee and hip arthroplasty and were admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital from December 2022 to April 2024 were selected and grouped according to different nursing methods.71 cases in the control group were given conventional intervention,and 29 cases in the observation group were given standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with hypothermia shock analgesia device.The recovery degree of joint function,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain and discharge readiness of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of joint function recovery degree in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The discharge readiness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with the hypothermic shock analgesia device in patients after knee and hip arthroplasty is helpful to reduce their pain,promote the recovery of joint function,and improve the readiness for discharge.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
