Abstract
As an important tool to improve the quality of senior care services,the"standard+certification"model is of great significance in standardizing the behavior of senior care services and protecting the rights and interests of the elderly.In order to promote the sustainable improvement of the quality of senior care services,the paper is based on the anchoring role of standards and the binding function of certification,and analyzes the practical dilemmas in the application of the model,such as the lack of pertinence and flexibility of standards,the lack of certification norms and credibility,and the absence of a synergistic mechanism between standards and certification.It puts forward strategies such as optimizing the supply of senior care standards to enhance the applicability of the standards,enhancing the credibility of the certification,and constructing a synergistic mechanism for the standards and certification to promote process convergence.It aims to provide an actionable solution for the sustainable improvement of the quality of senior care services,and to promote the standardized and professional development of the senior care service industry.关键词
