Abstract
The coastal rice industry in Hebei Province has a crucial position in the regional agricultural economy.Establishing a comprehensive standards system covering the full industry chain is indispensable for enhancing its competitiveness.This paper focuses on ten core aspects including production,processing,branding,and marketing,and systematically analyzes critical challenges such as limited land resources,high cultivation costs,insufficient varietal adaptability,lack of processing standards,and weak brand competitiveness.On this basis,a solution path is proposed,which involves constructing a systematic standards system,strengthening the update of standards in key areas,and improving the implementation and supervision mechanisms.Additionally,two core technical methods,namely key process identification and key common technology identification,are innovatively applied to precisely identify the key links and core technologies in the industry chain.The technical path of the standards system for the full industry chain provides a replicable and extendable model for saline-alkali rice cultivation areas around the Bohai Sea and similar regions across the country.It plays an important demonstration role in ensuring food security,advancing rural revitalization,and promoting the high-quality development of agriculture.关键词
