Abstract
Laws serve as an important basis for standards development,as standards extend,supplement,and refine laws.How to closely integrate administrative law enforcement with standardization work is a key issue that market regulation departments urgently need to explore and solve,as well as a difficult problem that grassroots cadres for market regulation and administrative law enforcement are eager to resolve.In recent years,the Xi'an Administration for Market Regulation has thoroughly carried out the standardization of market regulation and administrative law enforcement,creating the Xi'an Mode—"Four Ones"of market regulation and administrative law enforcement,which has had a strong response across the country.This paper focuses on the standardization practice of market regulation and administrative law enforcement by the Xi'an Administration for Market Regulation,analyzes its background and causes,elaborates on its practices and processes,summarizes its highlights and impacts,and provides objective discussions and comments,aiming to benefit market regulation and administrative law enforcement work in other regions.关键词
