Abstract
This paper systematically standardizes the entire process of equipment renewal and reuse-based renovation of existing public buildings,covering the preliminary decision-making evaluation,mid-term implementation plans,and the post-renovation effectiveness verification.It begins with developing a digital evaluation standard aimed at optimizing the balance between comprehensive costs and benefits of equipment renewal and reuse-based renovation.Subsequently,a standardized implementation plan is designed for the entire process,including project condition diagnosis,solution design and comparison,implementation procedures,post-renovation operation and maintenance,and energy-saving effect evaluation.The method has been applied to an aging building that has been in operation for 20 years,achieving dual benchmark outcomes of asset value preservation and enhancement of socioeconomic benefits.关键词
