The Construction of an Autonomous Knowledge System for Chinese Enterprise Management and Innovation in Marxist Theory

Abstract
Marxist philosophy of management is a theoretical system formed by applying the fundamental principles of Marxist philosophy to management practice.The autonomous knowledge system of Chinese enterprise management is a theoretical system of socialist management with Chinese characteristics for the new era,rooted in Marxist philosophy of management and centered on the two integrations.Constructing this autonomous knowledge system requires reconstructing the ontology of Western enterprise management based on the Marxist view of human nature,reforming its methodology through the Marxist analytical method of contradiction management,and focusing on the institutional,political,and cultural constitution of Chinese enterprise management with the two integrations at its core.This construction must fundamentally follow the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,with the people-centered approach serving as its purposive and ethical core.This involves institutional innovations in governance structures(e.g.,embedding Party building),activating subjectivity in management models(e.g.,the mass line),systematizing value-internalization projects(e.g.,ideological and political work),and establishing composite competency standards(e.g.,political leadership).These elements collectively address the contemporary question that how enterprises can achieve sustained excellence while remaining in sync with national and societal development.Furthermore,building this autonomous knowledge system must be guided by a global vision of embracing the world,drawing on the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind to proactively initiate equal and constructive dialogue with the global management academia.关键词
