数字化转型的创新驱动悖论与企业可持续增长研究
Research on the Innovation-Driven Paradox of Digital Transformation and Corporate Sustainable Growth

Abstract
Digital transformation serves as a critical engine for corporate sustainable development,with innovation acting as an essential prerequisite.At the heart of this process lies the transformation of human capital,where the digital leadership of top executives functions as a key factor influencing the effectiveness of digital transformation.Using a sample of A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2023,this paper constructs a"digital transformation-corporate innovation-sustainable growth"logical chain based on dynamic capability theory and resource orchestration theory.It systematically elucidates the internal mechanism through which digital transformation drives corporate sustainable growth,while also examining the moderating role of executives' IT background from the perspective of upper echelons theory.The results show that:the digital transformation has an"too much of a good thing"effect on corporate sustainable growth rate,and there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between them;the corporate innovation level plays an intermediary role in the process of digital transformation's effect on corporate sustainable growth rate.The IT background of corporate executives significantly moderates the inverse U-shaped relationship between digital transformation and corporate sustainable growth rate,mitigating the negative impact of excessive digital transformation on sustainable growth rate.This paper discusses the realization mechanism of digital transformation value,and the conclusions have important practical implications for corporate digital transformation decision.关键词
