Abstract
Since the new era,the CPC has successively formulated three national economic and social development plans,providing scien-tific guidance for the Party and the country to continuously achieve historic achievements.The CPC's governance through planning exhibits a clear logical rationale,which primarily revolves around core elements such as philosophy,objectives,methods,practice,and leadership strength..This framework is embodied in guiding the strategic direction with the new development philosophy,drawing a magnificent blue-print with Chinese-style modernization,consolidating the practical foundation through the mass line,ensuring effective implementation through full chain management,and rallying tremendous strength with the Party's comprehensive leadership.This logical framework demon-strates the strategic plan and practical wisdom of the CPC in promoting economic and social development,and epresents a concentrated em-bodiment of"China's Model of Governance".关键词
