奶牛耳道温度与直肠温度的相关性研究
Correlation Study between Ear Temperature and Rectal Temperature in Dairy cows

Abstract
This paper explores the correlation between ear canal temperature and rectal temperature of Holstein cows,and compares and analyzes the clinical consistency of ear canal and rectal temperature measurement data of Holstein cows.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between ear canal temperature and rectal temperature(r=0.80,P<0.01),and the linear regression equation was y=10.94356+0.71865x,and the coefficient of determination was R2=0.6445,and the correlation between perinatal cows(R2=0.7589)was stronger than that of lactating cows(R2=0.4698).The Bland-Altman analysis showed that 97.50%of the data points were within the concordance range,indicating that ear canal thermometry could replace rectal thermometry within the margin of error.This study verifies the reliability of ear canal temperature measurement technology,provides data support for the optimization of dairy cow health monitoring system,and has reference value for improving the level of fine management of pastures and improving animal welfare practices.关键词
