摘要
Abstract
The effects of the pH value of fermentation broth pretreatment,ratio of corn flour to defatted rice bran,roller pressure,and roller rotation speed on the solubility of monensin premixes in media with different pH values were investigated using orthogonal tests.The results showed that roller pressure and roller rotation speed were identified as the most critical process parameters.The dissolution profiles of the small-and pilot-scale products were all similar to that of the reference listed drug(Elancoban)in the aforementioned media.关键词
