社区智慧养老协同治理水平影响因素与组态路径研究
Study on the Influencing Factors and Configuration Paths of the Collaborative Governance Level of Smart Elderly Care in Communities

Abstract
Smart elderly care has become an important means and development trend to address the challenges of an aging soci-ety and improve the quality of elderly care services.The community is an important implementation unit and key application scenario of smart elderly care services in China.To explore the improvement paths of the collaborative governance level of smart elderly care in the community,and provide insights into the sound development of community-based smart elderly care initiatives and the con-struction of an age-friendly society,based on the theory of collaborative governance,started from four dimensions of preconditions,collaborative structure,collaborative process,and institutional design,past collaborative experience,burden of elderly care services,diversity of collaborative subjects,level of information collaboration,and system completeness were determined as condition varia-bles,23 typical community cases in northeast China were selected for configuration analysis by using the Fuzzy Set Qualitative Com-parative Analysis(fs/QCA)method.There are three conditional configurations of high-level community smart elderly care collabo-rative governance,which can be summarized into three types of paths as the＂permission-institutional＂guarantee path,information collaborative drive path,and the＂structure-institutional＂guarantee path.To achieve high-level collaborative governance of smart elderly care in the community,it is necessary to accumulate collaborative experience tailored to local conditions,improve the collab-orative mechanism among the subjects,build an information collaboration platform for smart elderly care actively,and strengthen in-stitutional constraints to promote standardized governance and safeguard rights and interests.关键词
